Over the past several months, our staff has been hard at work updating the Homefires website to make online ordering easier for you, our valuable customer. In addition to the new modern appearance, you will find that as you order products, you will be given information about the availability of that item. We will continue to also provide a comprehensive “Stock Status” report weekly as we have done in the past. Consult the “Retailer Resource” section for those reports, as well as pdf’s of the catalog, price lists, and other information that may be useful to you.
When accessing the new site, your user name will be your email address. You will need to reset your password, please click here to do so. You may also click the “Forgot Password” link in the Login section located at the top right hand corner of this site. The email originally used to create the account will be needed to recover the password. Please be sure to check your Spam or other nuisance email files in case you do not see this email in your “Inbox”. If you should have any problems with recovering your password, please send us an email using the Contact Us function. Once logged into your account, we encourage you to look at your Account details and update any information that may be missing or incorrect. Returning customers will NOT be required to go through the authorization process again.
As with any new project, there are bound to be some bumps along the way.
