    We understand that the errgeatons are annoying, but the trucks have to maintain cold refrigerators and power their other equipment. On Monday, May 16, the City Council approved a zoning amendment to allow food trucks on private property in the Talin Market area. The next step is to get power to the trucks now that they can legally locate in the parking lot. However, it will be an investment by the Talin owners, who are working out details with the vendors.
